Faith, lived out.
I teach the Bible and serve at The Evolve Generation Assembly. I care about knowing God and letting that relationship shape ordinary life, as well as what happens in church.
I’m Demilade Bickersteth, a minister of the gospel and Bible teacher.
I love reading, talking with people and thinking about how faith shapes the life we actually live.
Most days you’ll find me reading, teaching the Bible, learning something new or in a good conversation.

Faith is central to my life. So are people, what I’m learning and the decisions that shape how we live.
I teach the Bible and serve at The Evolve Generation Assembly. I care about knowing God and letting that relationship shape ordinary life, as well as what happens in church.
I want people to live well. That means learning to make better decisions, take responsibility and care for the people around us. Those are things I’m learning too.
I read a lot. Scripture, leadership and the practical questions of life give me plenty to think about. I like taking what I learn beyond the page and talking it through with people.
Sometimes it is about faith, leadership or something we are trying to figure out. Sometimes it is just for the enjoyment of talking with another person.
I share some of those thoughts and conversations on Instagram. You can find me there, or come along to an evening live.

How God Sustains You When the Assignment Can’t Yet
The book grew out of a question I had to think through myself: how do you take the call seriously and still deal wisely with money, work and the responsibilities of life?
It brings together what I have learned about faith, provision and practical wisdom.
