What you share
When you sign up for Chapter One or the workbook, you share your email address and which download you chose. The site can also attach campaign information from the link you followed, such as UTM source, medium and campaign.
When you send an enquiry, you share your name, email and message. Speaking enquiries include your organisation, event, date, location and expected audience size. Group enquiries include your group or organisation and the number of copies needed.
How your information is used
Your download appears as soon as you sign up. I keep your email address so I can write to you occasionally, and I will remove it whenever you ask. Enquiry details are emailed to me so I can reply to you and discuss your request.
The services involved
Cloudflare hosts the site, stores signup email addresses and delivers enquiries to my Gmail inbox, so Cloudflare and Google process the information needed for those roles. Purchases take place on Selar, which handles your payment and ebook access under its own privacy policy. This site does not collect your card details.
Campaigns and cookies
The site stores campaign attribution for the current browser session when available. If Meta or TikTok analytics are enabled, they load only after you allow analytics cookies. They can measure page views and clicks that open book checkout; a checkout click is not proof of a purchase. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics, ask to be removed from my email list, or request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing bickerstethdemilade@gmail.com. Information is kept for the purpose you shared it for and can be removed on request, subject to any necessary transaction or legal records held by the relevant service.
